Pharmacokinetics: Understanding Relationships of Dose, Exposure, Safety and Efficacy

At the root of many pharmaceutical failures is the question of dose. Thus, the focus of pharmacokinetics within Chorus is to understand relationships of dose, exposure, safety, and efficacy. These relationships are initially investigated in the nonclinical studies and then further investigated in the clinical trials. The ultimate goal at proof of concept is a clear understanding of effective clinical doses.
